the breakdown of me

The Breakdown of me
doesn't have to be sad
Its all what you make it
the good or the bad

to look at your journey
from where is it you came
your niche on the planet
the space you have claimed

the circle of life
is it suppose to be round
are we to recycle
all we've lost all we've found

to search for the purpose
and live in your head
let life pass you by
just stay in your bed

fear not the unknown
the future is there
choose where you're headed
pick what you dare

get out there and live it
do all you can do
we are meant to enjoy it
you are meant to be you.

If it matters not

If, it matters not,
what others think.

Who will toss you the line,
before you sink?

To dream is great,
when it unfolds.

The in between,
is where the story gets told.

Begin and end,
are miles apart.

The middle bits,
develop our hearts.

To stand alone,
Heart on a shelf.

With all your things,
all your Wealth.

Perched on your pedestal,
above the rest.

Eyes cast upon those,
who failed the test.

Locked up in your fortress,
safe from harm.

Does an empty heart,
feel as warm.

Becoming invisible

In order to become invisible
One must first be keen
For there in no sense being invisible
Unless you can be seen

Start out as unassuming
Confident and sure
And without them noticing
You will slowly disappear

Hide amongst the self centered
The needy the insecure
Soon their need out weighs you
Soon you disappear

It's not your unimportance
Or things you may hold dear
It's more about what's lacking
It's about the inner pure

We are worthy of what matters
But only to ourselves
You can fight to have your needs met
Or put them on a shelf
