The Demons

The demons will consume you
if they're left un-fed

Starving them won't kill them
they'll suck the brain outa your head

They make you act all crazy
and treat the others unkind

Some say demons don't exist
that they're only in your mind

My mind's the biggest problem
it takes over when I sleep

I try to shut it off
but the pain just runs too deep

Make friends with your demons
it's the only way

Then if you get lonely
you'll have a friend to play
